Am slightly gluten intolerant, but the breads here are so good even on their own. Am caffeine sensitive, but that cuppa (beans by Melbourne coffee roaster Brother Basil & Co.) is irresistibly awakening to the senses. Am done for by The Providore..!

I was worried that "basement" means dark, but the space feels airy and light - very comfortable to sit. High quality coffee with plenty of milk alternatives, and the sandwich can be served gluten-free. Worthwhile to stroll through the shop as well - nice setup!
