Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar - Strongsville

Haven't been here in a while, but so glad we stopped in. Outstanding burgers cooked just the way we asked. Well above average service and quality of food. Everything here runs efficiently and it was a very pleasant visit. They have gluten free bun available and it was tasty! Our Caesar salads 🥗 were FRESH!

My sister and I went here with our niece yesterday. I ask the waiter if a particular menu item was GF. He didn’t know. I had to ask him if he could find out. I’m gluten sensitive, so I can find something to eat at any restaurant. I finally had to ask him again and he said no it wasn’t. He did bring their GF menu. Which is extremely limited. So I ordered a salad. He comes back and asked me which salad did I order. I tell him again and he says that salad isn’t on our menu. Needless to say I did not have lunch. Tip here Rail do a better job in training your employees. People just know this restaurant cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.

Came here for my daughter’s 24th birthday. We went online to make sure the gluten free options were plentiful. The waitress approached our table with an, “I don’t want to be here” attitude. The nacho appetizer was small and disgusting. It was as if someone just plopped random items on the plate and called it a day. The fries were cold, steak on my salad was almost raw, and drinks were mediocre. We didn’t even mention it was my daughter’s birthday because the waitress mentioned it was time for her to “get out of here!” Won’t be back!
