We came for an early dinner and were looked after by the waiter Romario and made several trips to and back to negotiate appropriate dietary food appropriately. He was lovely, patient and respectful and was considerate for my diary restrictions as I am a coeliac. Eating out is a very stressful, anxiety inducing and usefully disappointing experience for me, as one can imagine. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients and reasonably priced. They very kindly agreed to make me gluten free halloumi fries especially as their kitchen size in Manchester Trafford Centre allowed the separation. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would come again. A huge thank you to Romario and I look forward to visiting again.
