My boyfriend just picked me up to tell me about his experience, while saying the food was good; the service was terrible. Mind you I work in food, two jobs in food 15 hours a day. I understand rush stress and being tired however the waitress was way over the line saying “spit it out” and “it isn’t that hard to pick” (in reference to his father who is literally the kindest, most considerate man in the world) and giving him severe attitude when asking for gluten free item (trust me Ik it’s annoying, I work in food no one enjoys a bunch of modifications) but she was rude to the point I even agree it’s crossing the line and absolutely disgusting behavior for someone who works in food and IVE been told i can get too much attitude, but the things she was saying I would NEVER and honestly a major disappointment in management for allowing someone to act like that, since it’s never a first time and I’m sure the name will come to their mind because the likelihood this is a first complaint about this server isn’t high . I will be in with him so he can point her out and I will be contacting further because in no way should someone with that behavior work in service or have it rewarded. You are losing money having someone with that attitude on your team. I’m sure he still tipped but in no way, did she earn that or deserve that.
