I am a vegetarian, allergic to dairy and gluten free - finding sandwiches that have some substance with these restrictions can be really difficult. I stopped in today for a sandwich and they were so helpful. The veggie sandwich was phenomenal. The garlic olive oil sauce on the side was divine. I have a new favorite sandwich place. Ps: if the owners are reading this, the canyon bakehouse gluten-free bread was perfect. I hope that you switch to this permanently from the udis as it’s a step up!!
