As a celiac, I was impressed with how knowledgeable our server was about the gluten-free items on the menu (they have celiac family members), the quality of my meal, the dedicated fryer, and the fact that they don't charge extra for gluten-free substitutions. Service was friendly and efficient, and we look forward to returning again.
