The Shoppe Custard & Grill

I visit The Shoppe about once a week & today was extra special for me! I need to eat gluten free for medical reasons & always order my sandwich on a gluten free (Udi’s) bun. But today I forgot to mention the gluten free bun when I placed my order. But Yomi’s fantastic staff came back to me & asked if I meant to order a gluten free bun like I usually do. Her cook, who doesn’t actually take the order, but knew what I order, had caught it. This means the world to me! They took such excellent care of me! Not every place I eat at does as well. I’m so very impressed! My grilled chicken sandwich & medium root beer float were fast & so good. They also have gluten free cones. I’m a customer for life!

Wonderful ice cream and a great atmosphere! I love that they have gluten free ice cream cones and sugar free ice cream! Now, if they could do gluten free french fries it would be absolutely perfect. :)
