The Sun Hotel & Bar

Just booked again having stayed in September: both uni-related trips. Have stayed at two other hotels nearby but the Sun Inn will now be my go-to. Impressed by the room decor and fixtures/fittings. Breakfast was generous, with meat/gluten free not only available but really tasty. The staff were great and the whole experience was value for money. A shame parking isn't as convenient as it could be but not their fault and we made it work. Overall a really positive stay and looking forward to the next one!

Really lovely little pub in the heart of Lancaster! Just a short walk from the centre of town and the train station, the Sun is an absolute gem of a pub! It's relaxed, down to earth and friendly, great music, huge menu with loads of options including vegan and gluten free! Absolutely fantastic if not the best selection I've seen choice of spirits, I seen a sign they have over 100? But loads on tap and in the fridge too, if you're after a meal or a drink, session or social either way it's brilliant and a must see if you're in the area!
