We had our first visit today. The area is separated into two areas, one being dog friendly. The menu is small, but does cater for vegan and gluten-free options. The drinks arrived promptly, the food however took over 40 minutes to be served. When it was finally served, the food tasted great, but was merely like warm.
At no point did anyone check in with us to advise about the delay and to offer an apology for the long wait.

Haven't scored food as we didn't eat but the menu looks lovely with vegan and gluten free options. Has just been taken over by new managers who were very friendly and welcoming. They have swapped the dining room and the bar over from our last visit and I think it makes a difference for the better.
