We had an incredible experience at the restaurant. My wife and two sons have Celiac Disease. We called just about every restaurant in town, and this one gave us the confidence we needed to know that they would take the necessary safety precautions. The atmosphere is lovely. The food was great. But above all, the service was impeccable. From the owner of the hotel and restaurant working the front desk, to our friendly server, to every other employee we encountered, hospitality was on point. We're in town for four more days, and I don't anticipate having dinner anywhere else. Thank you, Trinity!
