The Varsity - Kitchen Bar Burgers

They must have changed their menu since I went when it first opened because the gluten free options were more with the types of burgers I could have. They nailed the red robin vibe so definitely a place I'd go back to. The bottomless fries are the draw for me!

The staff at Varsity are amazing and I cannot speak highly enough about them. The first time I came in, the lady behind the bar was kindly chatting with an older gentleman who was a regular. She was patiently listening to his story. Another server sat down at my booth with me and chatted with me about our children. I was allowed to sit and type on my computer for several hours. Management here has always been fantastic with my requests for gluten free food and they never ever make it feel like a hassle. Also, try the dill pickle ranch dip. It’s amazing!
