The Viking Steak & Seafood

We just can't say enough about this place. We are from southeast Texas up in the Omaha area for work. Looked at reviews for a good dinner place without a bar. This one seemed to attract us for those reasons but we would definitely return when in the area for the following reasons... The food was sooooo good! Waitress informed us that they cut their own steaks. Hubby had the prime rib dinner medium, green beans and loaded baked potato. He said it was cooked perfectly. I had the salmon and green beans...but small caviat, I have food allergy to gluten. So I inquired about the seasoning to see if I could eat it. Normally I am met with a reply of " better not chance it unless you are willing to go season less". Not these guys, not only did they actually ask what kind of seasonings I can eat but even came out to double check that butter I could have! I have never had service quite like that where the chef/owner wanted to make certain before cooking my order. I'm touched and appreciative beyond words! You just don't find that kind of service anymore. Oh and I typically don't eat fish but thought why not, and it was amazing!!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful and yummy dinner!!
