8 of us went for a work gathering and I can't even begin to caution against here enough! From being sat at the incorrect table and moved, to tables thag wobble and having to finally swap thw table ourselves (after mentioning this to our server) To only.part.of our ppl getting a drink and others flagging one down, apparently the breaded cauliflower os now needed broccoli without even so much as a heads up. Orders were screwy. Salads with wrong dressing x2, I'm gluten free and ordered no bun but.got.the bun and when this was pointed out I got.a dry overcooked -borderline burnt burger without and condiments. Another of us ordered a salad.with grilled chicken only to be asked a whole.later again what protein she wanted. We were asked 2 mins after getting our apps how we were doing but not again. The restaurant was awful, service & food. As we.are management from a local store celebrating this was very disappointing. We try and support local businesses but we definitely will not be back.

Yesterday I ordered 6 burgers for pick up, and 3 had gluten-free buns. None of the burgers were marked on their package to indicate which burger it was and which ones had the gluten-free bun. We had to literally look through each burger's toppings to figure out which were the correct buns. Food allergies are very serious and should be respected - all they needed to do was take 5 seconds and label the containers. And my son's kamikaze burger had no hot sauce on the side - that's what makes it a hot burger! He was very upset and said he could've just ordered a plain burger. It's nice to see the reviews for good service, friendly staff, etc. but I wish they would apply that good service to the take out orders as well. Our food was good - with the exception of my son's "not hot" burger, but the service in putting our order together was greatly lacking in my opinion. Very disappointing experience.

Long time patron of this establishment. My previous review would be 5 stars no problems. Unfortunately this has changed and I will not be returning to this location at least. On Friday my family and I went for dinner. Noticed something strange. New staff, entire new staff all Indian. Ok no problem. Was told they changed owners just the previous day and were training new staff. Where told from one employee who they retained to train the new team that all staff was fired and others walked out. Problems included waited 30 min for drinks. Brought wrong drinks. Ordered white wine. Was not refrigerated. Food came but not all of ours. Just my wife and one of my kids. They did not put a gf bun as requested for my celiac daughter. Lucky we noticed. Wife took a bite. Beef was raw. I like it pink but this was raw and it ain’t no steak. Cutlery and cups were all dirty. I didn’t get my drink cause they had no clean glasses. Took over an hour before we all got our meals at different times. Mine went back. Wrong order and raw. Should have done what three other tables did. Just got up and left. Very unfortunate and a very bad reflection on the works burger brand. Never again Update July 3: I received a call from the regional manager who said he has personally gone to the location today. I appreciate their commitment to making things right as I have had good experiences otherwise. Once I return to this location if service and food has improved I will update my review Update July 18 Nothing has changed. Several other reviews have mentioned the exact same problem. Do not believe the 5 star reviews they are fake. Read the review by a previous employee who was let go when the new ownership took over
