Awful experience. I ordered a steak, jacket potato, and coleslaw with garlic and herb dressing. I opted for no butter has they don't do individual butter portions. The steak wasn't freshly cooked but reheated, and the jacket had been reheated as well. I also got butter and an unknown sauce on my plate. I questioned the server what the sauces were, only to be told the chef said they were gluten-free. I requested the correct sauce only to be given bbq again. I definitely would not recommend it for a normal dining experience. Never mind someone who suffers from food intolerance. The staff really had I don't care attitude and the fact my food order came out wrong shows that the kitchen staff either don't care or are not trained correctly

Good menu and food options, however gluten free menu is lazily put together and extremely limited - if it could possible contain anything it is removed without afterthought. Furthermore, accessibilty to the online allergen menus is awful, overcluttered and even after fitering by allergens it shows you incorrect menus. A lot of options could quite easily be made gluten free, i.e. gf burger buns(???). They have the typical "were busy and cant promise crosscontamination wont happen" disclaimer, so if youre not celiac you can order items without certain things (looking at the onion rings), otherwise have with your 4 menu items. Baked potato as a side on everything is an awful idea. Seriously, it shouldnt be this difficult.
