I usually love The Alchemist but was super disappointed with the bottomless/boundless brunch. We were over an hour in and we had only had 2 cocktails. At that point, we decided to just stick to the 3 cocktails and meal option instead of paying the extra for bottomless as we only had half an hour left and it took an hour to get two, it was unlikely we would have got any more than 3. I’ve been to a lot of bottomless brunches and I was excited about this one as someone’s who really likes the cocktails here.. I was expecting to have less drinks than I usually get at a bottomless brunch (maybe like 5-6 in 1.5 hours) but I didn’t expect to only have 2 in an 1 hour. Also, the solero cocktail cream smelt sort of stale?? And as a coeliac/veggie, my only meal option was some potatoes with some onions & spinach on. I would return for a couple of drinks but I wouldn’t return for the brunch again unfortunately :(

If you are gluten free or Celiac, then do not eat here! All three servers we were met with were unable to assist with the matter or confirm the food items to be free of gluten. As a result, I am now stuck home sick on my birthday from likely gluten contamination. I would stay away if you have any sensitivities or allergies.
