Lovely setting, great vegan and gluten free options. Service was fantastic - special mention to Joe, who even though service was busy looked after us. Thanks for having us

Could have eaten but like so many other eateries they choose to pamper for the life style choice brigade that choose not to eat meat (ksomething humans have been doing for thousands of years) I'm a celiac my doctor told me not to eat gluten not a life style choice so why do I get treated as second best, pb v on the menu but not a gf in sight why? don't we count? I can be very poorly not 'upset' if it goes wrong. Pick up your game and just remember it is only a thin line between this and treating the disabled as second class. I'm sorry to say it but I could not work for anyone who doesn't trust me as clearly these people don't, or they would trust there staff with cash. And if they give you some argument about cost, it is nonsense, in very resent times banks hospitals airports have all been shut down by cyber attack, no one can stop me handing the untrusted bar staff my money

The location is great, nice eating outside area by the river. Free car park across the road, you have to register when going in anchor. The food for me was not that great, just dumped on the plate. There is no gluten-free rolls, bread, I ordered Sunday lunch, no starters, no yorkshirepud, no deserts. The only gluten-free they offered was gravy. If you are gluten-free, phone first. And go somewhere else to eat.
