Staff need to be much more prepared to answer questions about allergies, especially when food is labeled as gluten free. Saying "I don't know" when asked if a gluten free item is gluten free when made on a gluten free bun does not make me (as a celiac) feel comfortable eating here or coming back. Nor does labelling a sandwich as "vegan bacon and egger" and then putting dairy cheese on it instill any confidence.
