My first time coming here as my gf wanted a gluten free bagel. Ordered a gluten free bagel w/ cream cheese and a pastrami / cheese, no egg on a bagel. Some how that came out to 17$ before asking for a tip (which I gave, so it came out to 19$).Which is over the posted menu prices in store and online. Either update your menus to reflect accurate pricing or train your staff on how to properly bill out the items ordered. Then had to wait over 30 minutes for the food, not to mention one of the staff members was using the company phone to just chit chat with a friend about life instead of tending to the line of people there.

Love the bagels! The owner is so sweet and the staff is very welcoming. I’m recently gluten free and everyone was super accommodating. Great variety of breakfast and lunch options.
