Came here for the first time really craving a NYC lox bagel. I’ve been meaning to come for a while but unfortunately it was a total disappointment. The people were really nice and welcoming but I just couldn’t understand how they had 6 people behind the counter and it still took almost 10 minutes to get the bagel. A NYC counter will have it to you in 2 with less people. The bagel itself was overpriced. I was willing to let that go but I was given a cold bagel. I ordered gluten free and I would not recommend it. I usually give small businesses the support but this experience just didn’t meet any expectations.

Some of the best bagels and bagel sandwiches in the city. Classics like Lox and more creative or custom options. Gluten free options, too. Quick, friendly service and always worth the stop.
