Asked for gluten free and vegan options, staff was not helpful. They just stated they were out of gluten free/vegan cookies without offering other options. Got a scoop of mint chip it tasted like the main ingredient is butter or fake vanilla. Will not be returning, literally the worst ice cream I've had in my life.

Absolutely terrible experience. The teenagers running the joint were definitely not expecting to do anything above the bare minimum. We asked for the gluten free and dairy free menu options but were most definitely served the standard menu items. “We’re out”, more like “we’re not gonna give you special treatment.” Now having an allergic reaction. Will not be returning again.
