We absolutely love this bakery! We've gotten foods to go and also to eat lunch there. Everything has been wonderful. I also love this place because my daughter has celiac disease and can feel safe going in and ordering whatever she likes!

I discovered The Baker’s Corner in 2021 when I found out I was gluten, corn, and soy intolerant. It was so nice to find a place to eat delicious food safely and was local! Leslie the owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! They have now recently expanded into the Coffee Central Hernando location and serve good coffee as well as breakfast, lunch, and desserts!
