Nice view. But seriously, most restaurants these days use simple codes to designate vegetarian, nut free and gf/gfo, for example. Not The Baths. Wait staff had to ask chef what food was gf (I am coeliac), barramundi was totally underwhelming in flavour, seafood linguini was topped with a large unpeeled prawn which added nothing to the taste, and cheese platter had one bit of tough cheddar with a few dried out muscatel grapes. Perhaps giving an option for the type of cheese or a serving two bits of cheese would be preferable. Panna Cotta just tasted like coconut cream from a can. Partner remarked that the cooked chook from the supermarket we ate for dinner that night was tastier than his lunch out. Disappointing.
