As a celiac girlie, idk if I would go here again. I didn't get a huge feeling of confidence that my food was handled with care. The restaurant is more of a burn & turn style brewery. The bacon wrapped shrimp & triple sausage plates were amazing, I just can't speak to how safe they were. They do not have a dedicated fryer. They do have the Glutenberg GF beer and GF desserts. I didn't try any of the desserts though

Ate dinner here during a weekend trip to Chicago. We were staying at the JW Marriott hotel down the street. Robust menu of choices. Food was decent but didn’t feel like it matched the price point. Service was ok as well. Took awhile to get our initial drink order. Nothing over the top negative…just ok for us. My wife got the salmon due to being gluten free. Ok option if you’re looking for that standard German fare in the city. Appears to be very busy, particularly on the weekends. We made a reservation in advance which seemed to help. Not far from some of the Chicago theaters.

Wonderful Dining. The atmosphere of this restaurant was fantastic. We had a wonderful experience. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten-free, and the restaurant seemed to be very conscious of gluten safety.
