Made a reservation at Bison for a get-together with some friends after hearing good things from a colleague. Overall, we were very happy with the experience — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service was great throughout, and the food was delicious. It’s definitely on the more expensive side, but if you go with a group and order a few share plates, it’s quite manageable, or perfect for a special occasion. They also surprised our friend with the cutest little dessert topped with a “happy birthday” chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed that they offer some gluten-free options, which is helpful for anyone with dietary restrictions.
