The Black Horse

So glad we came here for Sunday Lunch today. The staff and especially the landlady couldn’t do enough for us. She described with a passion the dishes on the menu and recommended which ones my mum, who is a coeliac, could eat. The food was delicious, full of flavour and very good value. The pub had a lovely cheery atmosphere. We all enjoyed the whole experience. So good to meet someone who loves what she does and takes so much care and pride in every detail. Don’t hesitate to visit!

I was surprised by the variety inc eastern european traditional dishes, generous portions and low fat gluten free options. Lovely staff in traditional pub.
