Some nice gluten free options. The food was very tasty and the service was friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. For Midsomer murder fans this venue was featured in the episode when Barnaby first appeared.

Visited last week for Sunday lunch and overall it was really great . Only one problem ---- we ordered a crumble and it was served with a gluten free horrible topping ... Why I ask myself ? I know why .... the world is gone mad with allergy phobia. Now I totally get where these guys are coming from, allergies are a very serious issue for people, however - I AM NOT ALLERGIC to gluten so basically I want a full fat - full gluten normal topping ... If you guys want to offer a gluten free one well done I applaud you but dont pigeon hole people who dont have allergies into eating that terrible topping. Simply ask do you have a gluten allergy ? if not hit me with the great topping I would expect. Other than that the terrine was bang on, Sunday roast really nice and the staff lovely. Richard
