We got takeout from here on Saturday night after some positive local press. It was really good! I have a gluten allergy so before ordering I emailed the restaurant for more info. The owner replied and mentioned he's celiac so he takes gf restrictions seriously. While there is no dedicated gf fryer and thus the award winning wings are out of the question for the gf sensitive among us, there are other great gf options to tide us over. My wife (not gf) got the wings and I got the grilled chicken sandwich on a gf bun (Udis). The chicken sandwich was delicious and I would definitely order from here again.
