Several apps and google made mention of Gluten Free items available. They meant a salad sadly. I assumed that with all the homemade and specialty items there would be some GF Bread options that so many places carry now. I assumed a great sandwich shop would surely have to offer a means of eating one of their great sandwiches, or one of their amazing desserts, but a salad you can kind of get anywhere, if you want a gf bun and sandwich even firehouse offers that, and if you need a GF dessert Sinless Sweets has a ton, it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♂️
