had a lovely time here !! such a cozy n fun place to eat :) the food was very good and gluten free as well ! tho the fries had some cross contamination i didn’t mind, so that’s something to look out for! also the music was a wee bit loud but hey, it was good music and what can you expect from a cozy pub !! superb 👍

Lovely decor throughout the venue, with kind staff. The portions seem slightly smaller than average, but they are filling, and the food comes plated in a beautiful, modern-style way. We had the Ox Cheek Lasagne and the Vegan Pie. The Pie was good, but the Lasagne was to die for. Tender meat with what looked like homemade pasta sheets and a rustic garlic bread. Delicious. For desert, we had the Vegan Brownie, and the Gluten Free Sticky Toffee Pudding, which were good, especially with the Vegan ice cream, but we found the Sticky Toffee Pudding to be sickening sweet... The meal was fully accompanied by a couple of refreshing cask ales from "Beartown". Overall, it is a good place to visit for a meal or even just a small bite in between drinks. I personally would visit again with my family, especially so I could make them taste the Ox Cheek Lasagne (seriously, order it, it's too good).
