The Botanist West Bridgford

We went for our anniversary meal, and had some minor complaints about lacking options for a gluten intolerant vegetarian food. We left a review upon paying stating this, and the manager immediately found us and she gave us a heartfelt apology. While we struggled with our complaints, we felt very heard by her and was quick and incredibly kind to us without us having to ask. The cocktails are lovely.

Really disappointed with our visit. Was expected much better. Very limited on food for someone who has a gluten intolerance either chicken kebab or Seabass with rice!! I ended up with a chicken kebab with coconut rice. Rice was dry as a bone absolutely terrible and chicken bland. Boring cocktails. This maybe ok for students but well overpriced and very limiting for food allergies. Won’t bother again and do not recommend.
