Probably the classiest place around for afternoon tea or a substantial lunch. Beautifully decorated room in the William Morris style, quality table wear and attentive staff make a visit to remember. Afternoon tea for us on this visit was tastefully presented and copious. We needed a doggy bag! My gluten/wheat intolerance was catered for as was my vegetarian choice a rare combination for a food business to cope with. Two small criticisms, no savoury gluten-free element provided (little quiche or tartlet or even a sausage roll) and the bread my sandwiches were made from was a tiny bit too thick and dry but I am being picky. By the way did you know that a Bothy is a shepherd's hut often found on estates such as Wentworth?
A note to finish with, if you are with hard of hearing guests they may struggle with the acoustics.
