The Brass Pearl

The Brass Pearl is a unique and wonderful taste of the ocean with an alluring and authentic feel and atmosphere. One of my personal favorite things about this location is its ability to provide oysters throughout the seasons with various options and pairings. These oysters are artfully shucked and served chilled to perfection. Each oyster has a unique taste, texture, and experience but many of the seasonal offerings are guaranteed to be clean and briny, with a silky and smooth texture. The presentation is always appropriate with great service and knowledgeable attendants. On one of our many visits to the location, we enjoyed some fresh Osetra Caviar with some shrimp chips (Gluten free alternative) and a healthy consumption of luscious oysters from various seasonal locations. All in all, the Brass Pearl will be a great stop for us to continually frequent.
