I was a little disappointed with the lack of gluten free options after rave reviews online and on the Find Me Gluten Free app. I ended up paying £13 for an eggs benedict which ended up being just poached eggs on toast because the bacon was cooked on the same griddle as gluten containing items. It was very expensive for what ended up being a pretty mediocre meal - the guy at the table next to me ordered the same but obviously didn't have any dietary requirements and his looked amazing. The staff didn't offer to deduct any of the cost despite not being able to have half the meal, and also didn't offer to replace the bacon with anything else. Wouldn't necessarily make this place a go-to if you're also coeliac.

The food is really good and as a noisy place it's quite good for kids. I was shocked to find that they don't cater for any dietary requirements whatsoever. All of the food is cooked on the same surface so they can't offer anything gluten-free, vegan, egg free etc which affected some of our party. Considering the size and success of the chain I'm amazed they are operating like this. Something I think they need to rethink.
