First time there today, and we will definitely be back. The coffee (they serve Discovery) was great, and my husband LOVED his steak salad. I had the avocado "croast" on a gluten free bun, and honestly couldn't see anything but arugula when it came. I get greens with avocado toast, but they shouldn't bury the entire dish.
Very friendly, cheerful crew. I'd say it's a huge improvement for that spot.
