The Brick Oven Bakery

To say I am impressed with this bakery would be an understatement! My family and I are new to the area and we’re told by a neighbour to check out the The Brick Oven. We went in with a big order for cookies, pastries, and a birthday cake for my son‘s birthday. I’ve literally had three people text me saying that it was the most delicious birthday cake they had ever tasted in their lives! I was serviced by an employee by the name of Emily, who was so helpful and sweet as I needed to accommodate some gluten intolerant guests as well. She gave me a great option. Thank you so much for helping to make my son‘s first birthday as special as it was.

I went to this place based on a Google review that said this was the best gluten free lasagna ever, and it really is. I am so glad I bought it in 3 flavours. Meat, cheese, and veggie. Time for a second piece! Gratitude! Good home-made gluten free products aren’t always easy to find, so thank you much and compliments to the chef!
