Showed up to a steakhouse at 4:30pm. Steak isn't served until 5pm. Asked for a gluten free spinach dip while we wait. "Sure we can do that" took 25mins. Took 15mins for someone to take out drink order. When the dip arrived it was burnt and wasn't gluten free. The server thankfully noticed that is wasn't. She went to the kitchen to ask and they said they didn't have any gluten free! Why did they make it in the 1st place?! Steak was ok. Took 2.5 hours from the time we sat down to the time we got our bill!!! And there was only 4 of us and we all got the same thing. We got, 4 pops 4 waters, 1 gluten, not so free, spinach dip, and 4 of the special steak dinners with Yorkshire pudding. Was very, very disappointed. They just forgot about us :(
