We found this awesome little delight looking for "gluten free" between Pecos National Park and Santa Fe. A perfect stop for my birthday lunch! I had one each Carne, Pollo & Belly... Each was delicious in its own special way. Happy 55 to me! We will definitely be looking for both of you Floyds when we return.

Carne tacos were incredible. Very tasty and homemade. The beef was well seasoned and tacos well prepared. Gluten free and vegan options also available! The owner heard we were on vacation and brought a sample of the sweet potato tots with peach ketchup and they were delicious! Definitely worth a stop in Eldorado for this little gem of a place!
