The Burger Bar by Wegmans

Had a heck of a time finding much in the gluten free vegan genre in this city. So we decided to hit up the Wegmans flagship store to check out their burger bar, since i know they serve the impossible burger there. I ended up getting the Mediterranean burger without cheese or mayo and it was pretty good. By my standards though (pretty clean whole foods plant based diet), but the burger and fries were pretty salty. They hit the spot, but the burger could've used more flavor via spices or some sort of vegan sauce to pep it up. Overall, fairly pleased with the experience though!

Not impressed! This was my first time trying this place and I will not be recommending it to people. I was excited that I could order a burger with a gluten free bun, but the entire experience was disappointing. The service was not the friendliest (not rude, but indifferent). The prices were high for what you got. I ordered the maple bacon burger, and they gave me the wrong burger at first. Once they brought out the right burger it was over cooked. The gluten free bun was falling apart half way through my burger. The fries are not gluten free, which they did say since they share a fryer, but just in case someone here was curious. If you want a gluten free burger, there are better places around with higher quality burgers. All in all, I was disappointed in the quality of service, and the quality and taste of the burger.
