The Caboose Coffee and Breakfast Stop

Almost passed this one up because of a gluten allergy but decided to give it a try and I’m sooo glad I did! I had the bacon hobo (bacon, cheese, egg) without bread. All of the egg bakes are gf without the bread from my understanding. They also have a gluten free cinnamon swirl muffin (wish I would have tried this one as well). I also got an amazing iced vanilla latte. My husband got the breakfast quesadilla and my son got the banana and chocolate waffle. Such friendly service! So happy with this stop.

They had gluten free eggs options that were delicious and the best gluten free cinnamon muffin I have ever had! It was so soft on the inside and tasty! I also had a sugar free vanilla iced coffee with almond milk which is one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had anywhere. Definitely returning when I am in the area
