I’ve never had a bad coffee from the Cake Man. He’s always quick with my order and super efficient and friendly. Hands down the best customer service of anyone in that food court area. I’ve had lots of the cakes from his store (caramel slice, chocolate eclair, orange almond GF cake..) and they’re all beautiful and fresh. For those who can only eat gluten free, he has a great selection of cakes which is surprising because lots of cafes only offer one or two. He has a nice selection of pies (hot to eat in and cold to take home) - the pastry is deliciously crispy and one of my favourite go to quick lunches. One item I’d like to offer is I wish he did toast for breakfast because then I could just go to one store in the morning instead of two! I will be back tomorrow!
