The Capital Grille

My meal was delicious. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. The truffle fries where amazing. The salad was fresh and a great starter. My only complaint is around the knowledge of the wait staff. For a restaurant of this type, I would expect the staff to have a better understanding of allergies and other food sensitivities. Our waitress had to consult the kitchen about what was and was not gluten free. A minor gripe, but something that can make those with food allergies uneasy.

Our family had an excellent dinner here. There were five of us, including my six year old granddaughter. We all had the filet, except my granddaughter, who had the chicken fingers. Every meal was exceptional, including the service we received from Josh, our waiter. He was very attentive to our needs, including helping me choose gluten free options. The Capital Grille is known for it’s excellent service, and last night was no exception. I highly recommend utilizing the complimentary valet parking.
