They are REALLY careful for gluten free. I'm celiac and had no problem.
Had ribs, pulled pork, fudge, and even a cookie gf!!

This was delicious BBQ. Their meat and most of the sides were gluten free and they were very careful about cross contamination. They have a separate place on the grill and did glove changes for our celiac daughter. Very good food and we appreciated their efforts to keep things gluten free for us.
