The Carpenters Arms

If you're gluten-free then this is the place for you. The chef has clearly made it a mission to provide really good GF food and has succeeded. Both mains and desserts can be GF and you wouldn't know the difference. There's even some GF beers from the local Westerham Brewery. On top of that, all the food is excellent, good portions, served by helpful and friendly staff. Can't fault the pub at all.

My girlfriend, and I turned up without booking on Sunday 25/04/21 with no expectation of being able to get a table in the covered gazebo with a heater on the go. However, we were made very welcome, and as a Coeliac, I cannot recommend them enough, and have asked the Coeliac Society to view the menu. The fish, and chips we both had were glorious, nice wine, great cider, very helpful friendly staff, we will now be going regularly, as their gluten free options give a great choice of food.
