Had a great lunch here today celebrating my friends birthday & what’s even better the birthday meal is free ! Food was lovely with lots of Gluten Free options which is brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly hotel. Thanks

Wonderful old-world charm in the heart of Conwy that's full of character and warmth. A classic hotel with attention to detail and welcoming, friendly staff. Very dog friendly; bowl and dog bed awaited us in the room, dogs can go into the bar area also. We booked a table to eat in the bar in the evening, and our pup slept fireside and got spoiled by staff and fellow hotel guests as we ate a very tasty meal. Our dog was even offered a sausage at breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel and hotel bar. Good parking. Some rooms have castle views, also. Very classy yet cozy hotel. Dog friendly. Gluten Allergy Friendly. Fresh and flavorful menu.
