Had a fabulous meal at the Castle Inn with our daughter and son-in-law. The food was excellent and catered well for my wife, who is coeliac. Dog-friendly as well! Nice and quiet on a Friday lunchtime. Would definitely recommend!

Met a friend for lunch with my partner and 2 year old grandson. Lovely food, many gluten free options, which was great! I had gammon, egg, chips and peas. Gammon was huge! Could only eat half, all freshly cooked and hot. Friend had a naked burger, which she enjoyed. My partner tried some beef loaded fries, they weren't what he was expecting (don't know what he thought they were, lol!?), but enjoyed them. My grandson slept thru lunch, so he just had a drink. Not many staff on, but the lady serving was friendly, helpful and didn't forget us. Nice atmosphere, great pub food, clean toilets, free car park.
