The Caterham Arms

I don't usually write reviews, but our visit to The Caterham Arms a month ago or so ago was great. A group of five of us dined here midweek and we were all really impressed with the food. The menu is fantastic, offering a wide range of options beyond the usual pub fare. As someone with coeliac disease, finding good gluten-free options can be challenging, but this place had plenty to choose from. The chef even came out to speak with me personally, which was incredibly reassuring. He even suggested additional dishes he could adapt to make them gluten-free dishes. The food itself was outstanding—beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. I have nothing but praise. We'll definitely be returning soon. Even just for the lemon posset! It was a bit dead when we went in there (midweek lunchtime), so not much atmosphere. That can be changed once people know how good the food is ;) Thanks
