The Cheesecake Cafe

I often stop in to share a gluten free cheese cake with a dear friend of mine. I am not gluten free but my friend is, you can’t tell the difference. So yummy!

The cheesecake was very very good! HOWEVER, the remainder of their food was mediocre and the service was HORRIBLE. Probably the worst dine in experience I have ever had. It was not busy at all while I was there and yet our server (Jennifer) did a very poor job and was very rude. Every one of our orders were wrong and we did not get checked up on once. While ordering our server mocked our food choices, especially my friend who had to make some modifications becuase they are celiac! She found their allergy to be very amusing and was quite disrespectful and unprofessional about it. To top it all off she got our checks wrong not once but 3 times and through all her mistakes she did not apologize once. Was the first time in all our lives we did not tip which she did not care about at all. She just laughed and rolled her eyes and said "whatever" as she walked away. Not once did we reciprocate her aditude/be rude back. Very unfortunate for a place that makes such fantastic cheesecake. Hopefully some positive actions are taken by management to ensure this type of behavior and lack of professionalism does not continue.
