Being gluten sensitive i lime any oakce that lists that for customers so we cam discreetly order without being a pain in the bitt for others that want to order or eat there. Good salads, more gluten free alternatives or substitutes would be better.

We attempted to make a reservation and were told that they don't take reservations by phone, and that we should use Yelp. This was accessible from their website. When attempting to make a reservation for 5, Yelp told us that there were no tables available for 5 people for another 4 hours, so we decided to just try and walk in. When we got there, the desk was up a decent sized flight of stairs (a working elevator was available). There was an expected 50 minute wait time, so we decided to walk around the mall, which turned out to be completely closed (permanently). There were a couple of benches to sit on, though. We received a text message that a table was available after 30 minutes. Our table turned out to be a booth that fit all 5 of us with room to spare, but they would be tight table to seatback for a large person. Two of our children ate off the kids menu, which had sliders, quesadillas, mac and cheese, and chicken tenders (and more). My wife had a turkey burger and I had the cauliflower tacos (corn tortillas with cauliflower, avocado, rice, tomato, pepitas). For medical reasons, I requested mine without the pepitas and beans. The food took about 10 - 15 minutes, and all good was correct except my cauliflower had the pepitas that I asked to be removed. The waitress and manager were very nice about it and took the food back to correct it. They also offered soup or salad while I wait, which I declined. The corrected meal arrived in about 5 minutes, and was correct the second time. (I recommend trying the cauliflower tacos). All food was very good, and everyone was very nice. The restaurant was very clean, but the bathrooms were downstairs in the back, while our booth was upstairs. The waitress was pretty attentive and very nice and helpful. While we did not have any, the menu had a large list of appetizers, pasta, soup, salad, burgers. There were no items specifically identified as vegetarian or vegan or gluten free, but there were several that could be modified to make them so. There was broccoli, spinach, fries, etc on the sides menu. Ultimately, the bill came to about $100 for 5 people, with tip, which was not included in the price. This was during reopening in the summer of 2021, following Covid restrictions. As far as I could tell, every employee was wearing a mask, and wearing them correctly. Despite the fact that NY restaurants no longer had any restrictions, every other booth was closed for social distancing, though tables were pretty full, and the restaurant was packed. Despite the few problems we encountered (long wait, incorrect meal, far bathroom), I would definitely recommend eating here. The menu has a lot of options, everyone was very friendly, things moved at an expected pace, portions were not small, and they tried to make good on their mistake without excuses.
