Yo I almost forgot to leave my review from last week !! You aint getting off easy willow grove location ! Should have stuck with my gut and reserved at cherry hill or KOP lol. Willow grove as a mall in general is turning into franklin mills slowly but surely. What a shame. We waited 30 minutes for our 7:30 reservation to be seated. So I guess the whole reservation thing is more like a fast pass and doesnt actually reserve a table. I wasn't pressed about it, but we requested a booth the day i made the reservation, and when they sat us at a table, i brang it up, pointed out an empty booth, and we were told "thats reserved for 4" lol so I started to get a little frustrated not gonna lie. Then, both of our silverware bundles had old food on them. Like not just a speck or a water mark, but entire chunks of old food. lol. Wild. idk. i didn't ask for a manager or anything. The girls who seated & served us were probably still in highschool , so I wasn't gonna go full karen on them ya know. Probably their first jobs lol. The icing on the cake though was when they sat only 2 people at the booth🤣. To the manager of the store, if you read this, you suck at your job lmao please change career paths. (P.s. my wife claims the gluten free pasta wasn't gluten free, but she did get a dish she's not used too, sooo yakno I'm not gonna sit here typing and claim it had gluten, she nor I am a pastafiore yakno lol)
