The Cheesecake Factory

Good food, but long wait even with a reservation. We were meeting friends and I was able to make a 7:30 reservation. They wanted me to add one more for a total of 5. The app doesn't allow you to do that without rescheduling and then it gives you a much later time. Bad app design, but nothing the restaurant can do about that as it is up to corporate. So I called the restaurant and the staff member told me there was nothing they could do and we could just show up and likely not have a problem. Shockingly, upon arrival for our reservation, we were told it would be another 30-40 minutes beyond the reservation time. Ok, so we waited. Eboni our server was excellent and handled all of our needs. We ordered quickly and our food was up fairly fast. Two members of the party got the Bronzini from the skinnylicious menu. Another got a burger from the skinnylicious menu and I got the fried chicken bowl. It was good, filling and I enjoyed it. We all got dessert, but my friend is gluten free and they only have two types of cheesecake that are gluten free, one being Godiva cheesecake, which is one of my favorites. So we shared a piece and it was definitely filling and big enough for the two of us. All in all, the food was good, reasonable and filling. I love the Cheesecake Factory because the menu is so big and it has something for everyone.

I went to the Casino in Arundel Mills for date night. I decided to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. The meal was horrible. Please take anything Jamaican off the menu!! It was so disrespectful to my culture. My meal was supposed to be spicy jerk Jamaican shrimp and chicken. It was not close to being Jamaican. Please get real Jamaicans to make any dishes you put on your menu. True Jamaicans know how to cook and know how to season our food. We're authentic we cannot be duplicated. My bae ordered grilled steak tacos. She told the waiter to make sure there was nothing gluten or dairy in the meal. She still got gluten and dairy products! All of your staff and cooks need to be trained on food allergies. All of your staff need to know what's in each dish. I get staff working for tips. But, put staff at tables where they can give service to patrons. Cheesecake Factory needs to do better training cooks. Hire more than one, and pay employees more, so our food can be enjoyable. Please don't do anything, Jamaican. The rice was under cooked, no rice was supposed to be hard.
